Payments by IEHADE customers are made at the time of customer’s application submission.

Payments once made are not refundable even if an application is rejected.

Customers may make an application for the refund if IEHADE has made an error in application processing. If such errors are corrected and the application is still rejected, a refund will not be made.

IEHADE has a no refunds policy for the services provided on or off this website.

However, refund policy is subjected to the payments made for the security deposit for business centers and will be refunded on cancellation or maturation.

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this website remains the property of IEHADE or its licensors. You may store, print, and display content supplied solely for your own personal use. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this website nor may you use any such content in connection with any other business, commercial enterprise or third party. You shall be liable to IEHADE for any claim, loss or damage arising directly or indirectly as a result or in consequence of your breach of these terms.

The above terms and conditions are governed by the UAE law, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may amend or add to the Terms & Conditions at any time at its discretion.
